    This is traditionally the day in which families gather to stir, and steam, the Christmas pudding. A little ahead of the game, we've already gathered as a family at LHC HQ around a very sticky table, to collectively execute a much treasured family recipe: our founder Steve's grandmother's pudding.     Our Men Behind the Scenes in Shropshire


    A couple of weeks ago we collected full boxes of a special favourite of ours from Shropshire, the strong and aromatic Ling heather honey. This honey has many health honey benefits. The most important being that it seems to be the only medicine which helps to stop Steve’s nephew’s hay-fever when he's up helping to lift honey boxes on the Long Mynd.
